4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 12-oz. can of evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
In saucepan (2-qt. minimum), mix sugar and cocoa over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add butter and milk, and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Makes approx. 3 cups of sauce. Store in refrigerator.
