Turns out he didn't!
We went on a walk today. On our way home, I glanced down at Gregory and noticed that only one of his feet had a sock on it. I looked at his hands. They were also sockless. "Oh great," I thought, "He's lost another sock somewhere in our neighborhood." Turns out he didn't! He continued sucking on his sock for a further 30 minutes.

Let's face it. This is going to turn into a mommyblog. My kid's too cute. If you want other types of blog posts, you're going to have to request it in the comments. I function better with feedback. In fact, Gary teases me all the time for fishing for compliments. I ask him stuff like, "Hey, aren't you so proud of me for doing this?" and "Don't you think I look so cute today?" He thinks it's funny, but I contend that I'm making it easy to keep me pleased: he just has to say "yes" when prompted.
Genius IQ levels? I think so. And I didn't get this on video, but I'm pretty sure what I asked him was, "What does a sly dog do?" Jill kept trying to make him do difficult things, like sit, stand, crawl, and integrate polynomials.
